Preserving Our Past Since 1882
Over one hundred cemeteries are located in Rockland County New York. Many of them have significant historical facts associated with them. However, some long-established cemeteries are abandon, and no longer in service.
Airmont Lutheran Cemetery has been a cornerstone of the community for over one hundred years. Its history is bountiful and the resting grounds are pristinely preserved for generations to come. Dedicated space has been provided for our nation’s war veterans in honor of their service to their country. Airmont Lutheran Cemetery is also the honored home to heroes of America’s recent September 11th terrorist attach.

Cemetery Requirements: To preserve the stability of the ground surrounding the grave, a vault or liner is required.
